Financial Aid Workshop
Salem High School will host a Financial Aid Workshop for seniors and their parents/guardians onTuesday, February 2, at6 p.m. The event will take place in the high school cafeteria. The focus of this workshop will be completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is an eligibility requirement for most federal and state financial aid programs. Expert advice will be provided by Laura Lawrence, Director of Financial Aid at Ozarka College, who will also be available to answer questions. Families who have the needed tax information ready are welcome to stay and complete the FAFSA at the end of the program.
Salem High School Commemorative Composite Books are on sale for $20. The book includes senior class composite pictures for all senior classes 1948 through 2014. Books may be purchased at the Salem Schools Superintendent's Office - Monday through Thursday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Books may also be shipped to you by mail for $23.
